Terry Martin Associates specializes in the high-end custom residential market.  We provide a complete and hands-on approach for our custom clients.  For each project, TMA completes an in-depth analysis of our client's site, their individual needs and budget prior to the design stage. The client is involved to the extent they wish throughout the entire project.  Our clients typically play a significant role in shaping the design of their dream house so that they can see it evolve throughout the process.  Below are just a few samples of our work.

WOODSIDE (Project 2)

Italian Country Villa in Woodside, CA: This main house, guest house and caretaker’s cottage were custom designed. A gravel driveway leads to the home, where they are surrounded by cypress trees and large terra cotta urns to enhance the feeling of a country Italian estate.
